Flikr is cool! I explored and found "aspenbreezes' photostream" -- a lot of shots feature wildlife -- makes me want to go there. It seems that the woman that owns it is having a lot of fun as well as meeting the needs of many people (judging by the number of comments).
As for my personal use -- I think it is great especially since a lot of families and friends do not stay in the same geographic reagion -- besides it's instant, even the members of one's own family can see it faster than waiting for "dinner time" sharing.
I see a great potential of promoting our programs -- once people see that others had fun and were happy while participating, they too might be more inclined to participate next time.
The only thing might be safety of patrons shown (especially children), however, with employment of proper safety measures that can be managed. I'd like to add pictures from the activities I facilitate/cofacilitate (namely chess club and gaming days.)
